2-Ply SBS modified bitumen membrane flat roofing
This flat roofing membrane is installed in several plies and is comprised of a fabric reinforced modified bituminous sheet. The 2-ply system typically consists of a base sheet membrane or a composite panel which can be mechanically fastened, adhered, or torch-applied to a suitable substrate, and a cap sheet membrane which is typically torch-applied to the base sheet and has a top surface of protective coloured granules. This system provides a durable roofing membrane with a long service life that will perform well in all climates. We offer maintenance and inspection services for 2-ply SBS.

EPDM membrane is a cured synthetic rubber membrane of varying thicknesses which can be either reinforced or non-reinforced. It is installed as a single ply membrane which is typically fully adhered or mechanically fastened to the underlying substrate. It can also be perimeter fastened, loose laid and ballasted with round aggregate or concrete paving stones. This system provides a dependable roof system that is an economical option over larger roof areas and performs well over time.
