Site Preparation & Safety
Before work begins, the site is carefully prepared to protect people and property. Safety measures are put in place to keep the work area secure and ensure everyone on site stays safe.
Removal of Old Roofing
The existing roofing materials are completely removed down to the decking. Old shingles are recycled rather than sent to a landfill, keeping the process clean and environmentally responsible.
Deck Inspection & Repairs
Once the roof is exposed, the underlying decking is inspected. If any damaged areas are found, they are repaired before moving forward to ensure long-term performance.
Protective Layers Installed
Protective membranes and underlayment are installed in key areas. These layers help guard against moisture and provide an added level of protection beneath the shingles.
New Roof Installation

Daily & Final Cleanup
