I think I need new shingles. What do I do?
If you think that you may need new shingles, or if you require a repair to your existing shingles, give our office a call and Sales Representative will set up an appointment to meet with you at your convenience.
I believe my roof has hail damage. What’s next?
We can give you a HAAG Certified Inspection to assess how much hail damage there is on your roof. If we find a substantial amount then you will want to make a claim through your home insurance. When you contact your insurance be sure to get the name of your adjuster as well as your claim number as this will help ease the process!
I want Optimum Roofing Inc. to do my roof. Who do I call?
Contact our office to book your re-roof. Please have your shingle colour selected as well, so that we can add it to your file immediately and get you even closer to your new roof! Not sure what colours we offer? Check out our Shingle Option Tab.
I have booked with Optimum Roofing Inc., what do I do now?
A week prior to the installation of your roof, our office will be in contact with you to notify you of our approximate start date. The day before your re-roof, the office will again contact you just as a friendly reminder. We ask that you please remove all vehicles from your driveway and garage (if applicable) so that we can pull our dump trucks up closer to your house to minimize loose debris.
What should I do to prepare for the installation of my new roof?
We ask that you please remove all vehicles from your driveway and garage (if applicable) so that we can pull our dump trucks up closer to your house to minimize loose debris. The morning of the job, our site foreman will knock on your door to inform you that we are beginning construction. At this time, we ask that you notify our foreman of any valuable personal belongings (i.e. BBQ, patio furniture, etc.) so that we can tarp off these objects and/or move them away from the house to prevent any accidental damage. Also, we ask that you keep any pets that you may have in the house during construction for your animal’s safety as well as our crews.
